Rob Calloway is now reduced to fighting Jorge Kahwagi's leftovers

"Calloway to face Buck Smith!"

One of the greatest Fightnews headlines ever. (At least since "Serin ready for Williams!")

"Cruiserweight Rob Calloway's opponent for the Titan Entertainment-promoted card at the Civic Arena in St. Joseph, MO on February 24th has been named. Calloway (60-7-1, 47 KOs) will be facing 41-year-old Buck "Tombstone" Smith (178-17-2, 118 KOs), who probably has more wins than any fighter since Archie Moore and Willie Pep retired.... Unfortunately none of them have come since 1997."

Continuing in this vein, check out the footage on this page of Travis Fulton's inspired performance against Lou Savarese last month.

Grant/Savarese II, anyone?
